DID YOU KNOW?

Did YOU know when you decide to change YOUR Lifestyle, whether it’s Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Build Muscle, Get Toned, Start a new job, I could go on….it’s not only a process of YOUR Body, BUT, of your Mind and Soul.  Did you get that?  Now I know why I DID NOT Succeed in the past….WOW!! 

It’s been five years since my auto accident, where I went into a two year depression, gained an extreme amount of weight, barely walk across a room without running out of breath….ARE YOU SEEING YOURSELF YET?  Ya’ll when I look back, I DID NOT see myself.

I FELL ASLEEP when friends came over…talk about humliating, THAT WAS IT, I had to do something.  I knew I wanted a program that would work for me that I could do from home, anywhere, anytime, the company and product sound…I found it, Herbalife, and I loved that I would be able to help others too!!

Now five years later after many stuggles, bumps, roadblocks, I’m down over 200lbs, still losing, Amazing energy.  Have I reached my Goal? Not yet, BUT, I know I will!

Below are some of the steps that will help you be Successful;

Step 1:

ConsistencyStay Consistent in your Meal Planning, Snacks, & Workouts. Being Consistent with your meals boost your metabolism and energy. Being Consistent with Workouts is not hours and hours of working out, but setting a time and day each week, being Consistent and adding intensity in your workouts and Being sure to get Consistent rest.

Tips to be Consistent: Find an accountability buddy, Join a Team, Employ an excuse buster like a friend or family member you trust their judgement and opinion.

Take one day, one step, one month at a time, stay consistent and focused and before you know it, YOU have reached your GOAL!!

Step 2: 

NutritionMaking sure you have Amazing Nutrition in your food program daily.  How often do you read the food labels? look at the sodium, fat and carbs. How often have YOU told yourself “I’ll start tomorrow” or “I can’t workout”?

I’ve been there and know exactly how you feel and it is a struggle, I’m not going to say it isn’t, BUT, once YOU make up your mind, and YOU know you are ready…RESULTS ARE COMING!!!

Step 3:

Personal DevelopmentEvery morning when you get up read or listen to a motivational story, message or quotes ( To name a few: Jim Rohn, John Maxwell, Tony Robbins, Lysa Terkeurst, Nicki Koziarz, and much more) Personal Development helps you with movtivation, inspiration, focus, growing your mindset to Success!

Step 4: GratituteWrite in your Gratitute Journal every day.  Did you know? Writing in a Gratitute Journal daily will help reduce stress so you can focus on your program, focus on your goals, focus on staying consistent on your fitness routine, and your body will be less stress therefore you will sleep better!

Remember, losing weight, gaining weight, build muscle, starting your new journey takes time, patience, and consistency. NEVER GIVE UP!!!  YOU ARE WORTH IT!!  Stay Strong and Dedicated to YOUR new Goals!!!
